• PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Foam Board (Sintra): This lightweight, rigid, and durable material is well-suited for indoor and short-to-medium term outdoor signage, offering a good balance of flexibility and strength. It's affordable, can be cut into various shapes and sizes, and accepts digital printing well. However, it may warp or fade with prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Corrugated Plastic (Coroplast): This material is lightweight and inexpensive, making it a popular choice for temporary outdoor signs like yard signs and event signage. It's resistant to weather and can be printed on both sides.

Acrylic is also more impact resistant and less prone to shattering than glass
